Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains when and how customers can return items, request refunds, and what conditions apply under European consumer law.


1. Right of Withdrawal (EU 14-Day Return Period)
As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving any reason.


To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] within this 14-day period.
We will then provide instructions on how and where to send your item back.


2. Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • Original packaging (if applicable) should be included.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Digital downloads
  • Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (if the packaging has been opened)

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to contact us before returning it.


3. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as permitted under EU law.
  • We recommend using a tracked postage method.
    We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.


4. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.
  2. Include photos showing the issue.


Once confirmed, we will offer:

  • A replacement (if available), or
  • A full refund, including original shipping costs.

Return shipping for faulty/incorrect items will be covered by us.



5. Refunds
When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you. If the return is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Keep in mind:

  • Processing times for banks or payment providers may vary.
  • We cannot speed up delays caused by your bank, PayPal, or card provider.


Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be issued if:

  • The item shows signs of use (case-by-case review)
  • Packaging is missing or damaged (case-by-case review)
  • The return arrives outside the allowable time frame (case-by-case review)


6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you want a different item, please return the original one (if eligible) and place a new order.

7. Non-Delivery
If your package does not arrive:

  • Contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed.
  • We will open an investigation with the shipping provider.

Refunds or replacements will only be issued once the investigation is completed and the parcel is confirmed lost.
