Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when your order will be shipped, the delivery expectations within Europe, and important information regarding processing and transit times.


1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship only within Europe.
Orders placed from outside the European region cannot be processed or delivered.


2. Order Processing Time
All orders are prepared and shipped within:
📦 3 business days (Monday–Friday)


Weekends and public holidays are not included in processing time.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you by email.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We use a trusted third-party delivery company for all shipments. Because we do not control the delivery process once the order has been handed over, all delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.


Typical estimated delivery times within Europe:

  • EU countries: 3–10 business days
  • Non-EU European countries: 5–14 business days


Actual delivery may vary depending on destination, local postal operations, customs checks (if applicable), holidays, or unforeseen delays.


4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country
  • Weight or size of the order
  • Shipping method (if multiple options are available)


All prices include VAT when applicable, in accordance with EU regulations.


5. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • A shipping notification
  • A tracking number (if tracking is selected and available for your destination)


Please note: some countries may have limited tracking updates depending on their local postal systems.


6. Delivery Issues
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • The shipping carrier
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
  • Customs processing
  • Weather conditions or operational disruptions

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Please contact us within 7 days of the expected or damaged delivery.
  2. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
  3. Replacement or refund decisions will be based on the carrier’s investigation outcome.


7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If the address entered at checkout is incorrect and the order has already shipped, we cannot modify it. In such cases:

  • The order may return to us (this can take several weeks), and
  • Reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


8. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For shipments within the EU, no additional customs fees should apply.


For countries outside the EU but within Europe, customs charges may occur and are the responsibility of the customer.
